Embeddings into Thompson’s group V and co-CF groups

Co-context-free (coCF) groups provide a natural generalization of context-free groups, which can themselves can be seen as a generalization of finite groups from a computer science point of view. We give relevant definitions and results and produce new examples of coCF groups as subgroups of Thompson’s group V. Our results and a conjecture by Lehnert reinvigorate the need for an understanding of the representation theory inside Thompson’s group V.
